I pushed hard yesterday to get in miles in order to be picked up by my daughter. Our timing was right on. I woke up this morning rested; although, I woke up many times last night and had a hard time falling asleep. It’s good to be home, but I am anxious to get back to Washington and complete this trail.
Had lunch with my friend, Thomas, went to REI and replaced my air mattress. It has a slow leak at REI, spent the rest of the day with my son I also got my last pair of shoes , the 7th of the hike.
