A completely down day that has been good. I had a telehealth appointment with a physical therapist who specializes in hiker injuries. I’ve got a little tendinitis on my left foot that was flaring up on our last hiking day. I have some exercises to do for it and it’s already feeling a lot better with the rest. I get.
A sad and stressful day for me as Ryan has decided he is going to return to the East Coast and finish the Appalachian trail that he has been hiking over many years. With the Sierra snow and the snow continuing North, he thinks that is the best choice for him. Hopefully, I will find a new trail family quickly. Guess I have gotten comfortable and it is time for God to stretch me a little.
Other than resting my foot I’m not sure why God has paused this for a few days.
The weather has been nice yesterday and today.
The storm is supposed to roll in tonight and go in tomorrow afternoon.
I’m not sure yet if I’m going to hang out tomorrow or wait until Friday. Uncle and his group will be leaving then and I may join with that group.
