I decided to take a zero instead of a Nero. I have what I think is a plantar fasciitis starting on my right foot. That has me a little concerned. I got my new shoes today and I got an insert to help with it.
I met up with TC and Jelly. They have a couple friends who are hosting them. We had another hiker “Tickman” and his wife “Wrong Way” join us. We all went to dinner together. It was a good night.
I will be riding to the Trail tomorrow morning with TC and jelly. It will be nice hiking with friends again.
